Hi! I'm Lindsay Maurer, owner of FIT4MOM Fruita. I am mom to Ollie (2011) and Dagny (2015) and wife to Alex. I am a Colorado native, spending my whole life loving the Western Slope. I attended college in beautiful Gunnison Colorado at Western State Colorado University where I earned my bachelors degree in Kinesiology.

I spent several years working as an exercise physiologist at St Mary's Hospital until I decided to be a stay at home mom.

Over the next few years, my thirst for knowledge led me to become a licensed massage therapist and kinesio taping practitioner.

Currently, in addition to taking care of my two crazy kiddos and owning FIT4MOM Fruita, I am a personal trainer at the Fruita Community Center.

I have been helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals through exercise, nutrition, massage, and kinesio taping for over 8 years and I can't wait to continue by helping YOU! I am so excited to LIVE WHAT I LOVE and help mothers achieve their fitness goals while having fun with their kiddos. Come join me!

My name is Abigail Mangum. I am a stay-at-home wife and mommy. I have two little girls, Aubrey (2014) and Alayna (2015). I grew up on the east coast, but fell in love with Colorado when we moved here in 2013. Ever since college running has been my a source of relaxation, managing stress, and achieving my health goals. After having my oldest daughter I found Fit4Mom. This village has been the support, motivation, and source of friendship that I was desperately needing as a new mom. I am currently pursuing more education in the area of fitness and I am a certified Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and Fit4Baby instructor in addition to being a certified personal trainer. I love helping you find the physical strength and mental power gained through running and fitness!

Hi to all you fabulous Mom's out there! My name is Caitlin and I am so excited to help you on your fitness journey! I am mama to Reese (2013) and Ryker (2016) and am married to my high school sweetheart Myles. We moved to beautiful Grand Junction June of 2006 and have not thought of leaving since!

I am a certified Spin, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby and Body Back instructor who loves to bring high energy, hard work and of course fun into my classes! I am beyond excited to be a part of the FIT4MOM Fruita tribe, bringing together my love for Fitness, Nutrition and Motherhood! I am the head coach for our growing Body Back Program and I couldn’t be more excited to help you reach your goals in any of our classes!

Hello tribe!

My name is Victoria Retallack (Tori), I am a lucky stay at home mom of Astrid 3 and Ingrid 1. I moved to Junction in 2006 from San Diego California. My husband and I met at a company Christmas party and got married in 2014. I have been a member of Fit4Mom since January 2017. I am over the moon to be your Our Village Coordinator and be instructing you as a certified Stroller Strides instructor. I am planning some fun and exciting events and classes in our community and I cant wait to meet you!

Hi to all you wonderful women! My name is Whitney and am so excited to join the Fit4Mom Fruita team!

I became a mommy in 2016 to my little man Rohin, and found this amazing program! Personal training women has been my passion since 2011 when I left teaching middle school math obtaining my national personal trainer certification from NCCPT with the support of the love of my life Joseph. He allowed me to follow my dreams of owning my own women’s gym GJ FIIt Club and stay home with our baby. Staying home with our son posed time challenges in running a gym and I chose to step down and focus on being a full time mommy and was able to get BodyBack certified to instruct with FIT4Mom Fruita!

Completing continuing education credits I’ve obtainedcertifications including a National Nutrition certification through the NAFC in 2014 coaching and training clients at Crossroads Fitness. Other certifications include a Women’s weight loss specialist, Booty Building and Body Shaping, Functional Training and Balance, High Intensity, Yoga Flow and Stretching, and Injury Prevention with modifications as well as specific equipment training in TRX, Kettle bells and Bosu.

Having a passion for all things health and fitness and a love of learning fuels and motivates me to be the best trainer I can be. If you ever have any questions or requests I love to accommodate and want to be here for each of you the way you all have for me! I love this program and can’t wait to add to it in any way I can! I now understand what it is like to go through all the body and life changes that happen while becoming a mom and am so excited to get to walk this fitness journey with other mommies and aide in getting our BodyBack!
