Introducing Mompreneur, Yogi and my friend, Ellen Robinson:
Ellen has been practicing yoga for 13 years and has been teaching yoga for nearly 10 years. Ellen attended her first yoga class as a cadet at the Air Force Academy. Ellen has obtained a yoga certification through AFAA, completed level 1 with Baron Baptiste, attended Art of Assisting with Baptiste staff, attended workshops at Academy of Yoga in Grand Junction and Yoga One in Charlotte, NC, to name a few.
